Winning the battle against fake users!

We have some exciting updates about the progress we've made in combating fake content and improving our users' experience in Jaumo. 

Over the past 6 months, the Jaumo team has been working hard implementing new solutions and leveraging advanced technologies to address this ongoing challenge.

Since October 2022, we've achieved several important milestones. 

1: We deployed a powerful tool that helps us group similar content together, which has significantly improved our ability to identify and take action against fake content on Jaumo.

2: We've developed a method to automatically assign scores to users based on their connections, such as device IDs and photos. This helps us identify and flag suspicious users before they can engage in harmful behavior.

3: We've refined our detection mechanisms for Commercial Intent, allowing us to better identify and handle this type of content. This contributes to a safer and more trustworthy experience for our users.

4: We implemented protocols and processes that help us address multiple registrations from the same device more effectively.

Now, let's talk about the impact of these improvements!
Compared to the previous six months, we've doubled the number of fake accounts detected and almost quadrupled the identification of suspicious users. On top of that, our analysis of "votes to fakes" and "likes from fakes" percentages shows our users are enjoying a more authentic experience, with improvements of over 200%!
