Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation
Effective date: January 30, 2025
We operate the following apps: Jaumo, Lovely, Bloom, Finally, Disco, Spicy, and CSL (each individually an “App,” and collectively, the “Apps”), as well as the accompanying website at https://www.jaumo.com (referred to here as the “Internet offering”). We are deeply committed to protecting children from any form of sexual exploitation or abuse. Consequently, we strictly forbid any and all child sexual abuse, exploitation, or inappropriate content involving minors on our services. These Child Safety Standards (“Standards”) describe the steps we take to keep our platforms secure and outline the rules all users must follow.
1. Zero-Tolerance Policy Toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation
1.1. Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) covers any content or activities involving sexual exploitation or harm to minors. This includes grooming, sexual extortion, trafficking of minors for sexual purposes, and all other forms of abuse.
1.2. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) encompasses any images, videos, or other visual depictions of a minor engaging in sexually explicit behavior.
1.3. We have a strict zero-tolerance stance on CSAE and CSAM. Any content that promotes or portrays sexual harm to minors is prohibited. We remove such material and take further measures, which may include contacting law enforcement.
2. Strictly Prohibited Activities and Content
2.1. The following types of content and conduct are not allowed under any circumstances:
Any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE).
Uploading, sharing, or distributing CSAM in any format.
Linking to third-party sources that host CSAM.
Engaging in sexual discussions involving minors or encouraging such discussions.
Attempting to groom minors with the intention of sexual abuse or exploitation.
2.2. Materials or discussions related to these prohibited activities are disallowed even if they are intended to raise awareness or express shock.
2.3. We realize some users might share photos of their children (e.g., family moments). Such photos or conversations must remain lawful and appropriate. If you include images of minors on your profile or in messages, those children must be fully clothed (this guideline also applies to photos from your own childhood).
3. Reporting Issues or Concerns
3.1. We urge all users to report any violation of these Standards.
3.2. You can report violations or voice concerns through the following methods:
Using our in-App reporting feature.
Contacting our support team via support@jaumo.com.
4. How We Enforce These Standards
4.1. If we become aware of the presence of CSAM, we will remove it promptly in line with legal requirements and our policies.
4.2. We investigate all reports diligently and strive to resolve them quickly.
4.3. Violating these Standards can result in content removal, account suspension or termination, and referral to the appropriate authorities if necessary. We reserve the right to take any measures we deem necessary to uphold these Standards.
5. Cooperation with Law Enforcement
5.1. In keeping with applicable child protection laws, we report identified or confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children or other relevant agencies as required.
5.2. We work proactively with law enforcement to assist in investigations and prosecutions involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors. When needed, we provide relevant data and support to hold offenders accountable.
6. Updates to These Standards
We may modify or update these Standards at any time to align with current laws, regulations, and recommended best practices for preventing child sexual exploitation. The “Last Updated” date is provided above. By continuing to use our Apps or Internet offering after updates come into effect, you agree to abide by the revised Standards
